Bobby Bliatout is the son of Hmong refugees who fought alongside American soldiers to combat communism during the Vietnam War. Arriving in America, Bobby's parents worked hard to provide for their family and eventually saved the money to open their own small business.

Bobby was educated at Cal State University Bakersfield and built a local farming operation before launching the nonprofit safety net health clinics he manages today. Bobby and his wife, Mouang, reside in Fresno where they are raising their two sons.

Bobby oversees a network of clinics that employ nearly 300 people and provide medical, dental, and other critical services to more than 100,000 patients. With strong ties to his community and the endorsement of the California Democratic Party, Bobby is prepared to defeat Devin Nunes in 2020!
